Holiday Murder - A fictional radio play starring Judy Garland (sample)

Recently I have begun working on a small radio play featuring the great Judy Garland and her husband Sid Luft.
The story takes place in the mid 50s ... Judy has just completed a successful West Coast concert tour and the two of them have planned a lovely vacation in southern California. Two weeks of playing golf, strolling, horse racing, enjoying beautiful weather and -- for Judy -- shopping.
Little do they know that their little holiday will soon meet altercations when murder arrives on the scene; and Judy and Sid are in the very thick of it. Pleasure is put on hold as husband and wife join forces to solve a mystery that could affect both of their reputations.

In this short clip, Judy and Sid are eating lunch together in a crowded restaurant. Judy is becoming increasingly vexed about Sid's obsessive interest in a suspicious character he's seen several times around town.

This is entirely a work of fiction, 100% fake and written by me. Comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated, as this is currently a work in progress. Thanks very much and enjoy!!
