Djork05: FACT: Melanoma rates increase the further you get from the equator.

Djork05: Oh by the way, of those individuals diagnosed with melanoma, many of those people's illnesses were caused by LACK OF SUNSHINE. Look it up! The information is there with studies and research to back it up.

Djork05: In fact, carrots are good for you. Same with red wine, enough red wine will kill you, a small amount is beneficial to you. If anyone is a stupid asshole, you are!! As far as other cancers are concerned, yes, do not worry about them. Melanoma is extremely rare. Approx 1 in 5,074 or 0.02% or 53,600 people in USA get melanoma annually. 2 hundredths of one percent!!!!!! You need proper food, fresh air, exercise, proper rest and YES, adequate sunshine to your body on UNPROTECTED skin.

Djork05: TROLL! The only troll here is you asshole! An internet troll is someone who intentionally places a provocative comment on a web site to stir up controversy. That wasn't my intention at all! My intention was to warn people about the sunscreen industry and the American Academy of Dermatology. They have agendas and they are NOT for the public good. My comments are not idiotic and are based on fact. If you eat enough carrots, they will kill you, but that doesn't mean carrots are bad.

Ugh, I can't believe a troll sucked me into commenting on youtube. However, I just wanted to clarify that I don't think people a thousand years ago lived half as long as us because they didn't have sunscreen. I just meant they didn't have to worry about it because they had so many other problems. People died from colds back then. Sun damage was the least of their concern.
