many of these dishes are actually Chinese or heavily Chinese inpired such as the omelete with tomato and the rice dish. Rice is not used in traditional Tibetan fare. Tibetan starch and bulk is supplied by Tsampa, a kind of barley bread

If you ever get chance to do another Tibet cooking one, see if you can get the recipe to go with it, as there are not all that many Tibetan cooking videos on You Tube. This was why it was a nice surprise to find your video showing Tibetan cooking!

Sorry, I dont have the exact recipes and ingredients for those Dal Bhat, fire egg with Tomato and Fire rice, but from the making of fire egg with tomato, i think the secret is the suger, they put alot of suger on it.
