Green Curry is spicy and tasty! It is not common to stir-fry a filet mignon. I had a craving for a tender high quality beef and though it would turn out well. Oh was I correct! The key was not to over cook the filet when stir-frying. I added the veggies just a second after the steak. Generally when cooking this I would wait a little longer for the protein to cook. It was a fine dining experience at home!

  • It seems when I go out to eat restaurants "generally" get away with using cheaper cuts of beef in stir-fry meals. Have no idea why it took me so long to do it this way. It was amazing!

  • I would have never thought about doing that to a filet but it looked so good I'm going to give it a go...
