  • Most ASL users are hearing. There may be 1/4 million deaf ASL users. Plus Canada.

  • It wouldnt bother me as long we support them as Late Deafned adults. Who looses hearing all of suddent, gradually over the years. Sure why not proide services to those people as well ?

    As long they are willing to intereact w/ other people to absorb their culture & keep in connect w/ theor peers !

    I know a gal who had bad hearing loss, we taught her signs till she got implanted. Yet she thought we would shun her. No its her decision. Testimonial is all good for one thing.
