Just because you don't understand the lyrics, doesn't mean they doesn't have any meaning. Regardless, most Black Metal lyrics are very vague and "cryptic" in their message. Their purpose might also be to just create a certain atmosphere.
Black Metal isn't only about blast beats, trilling guitars and shreeking cries about Satan. In my opinion, It goes deeper than that.
This song works very well for me. And if it doesn't do anything for you, I really can't help.
