Paris, France: Olympic flame extinguished by Chinese

The torch relay leg of Olympic judo medallist David Douillet ended in chaos, as his flame was extinguished by Chinese organisers before passing it to Teddy Riner, the French judo champion. Then both athletes were abandoned on the podium.

I'm 1/2 Scot/French...with a Han Chinese wife (though we like to joke that she's of the Korean Mongolian strain...don't ask why). In the early years of our marriage (been a decade now) I'd rib her about the Tibet thing....because of certain books and films that influenced me...but then I went to China, and logic took over!! On a further note, regards previous comments >> it's usually easy to separate those who do nothing but fart with words and 'those' who have a proper opinion...of their own!

@ManOfConsequences China kills and corporate fascism kills. Communism is fascism and fascism is communism. The usa is a corporate fascism right now. Europe is going from having many countries varying from National fascism(england) to national communism (france) into their new full-on communism with the creation of the European Union.
