There probably weren't a programme I enjoyed more in my life. Maybe except for Virtua / Moire Pink Floyd show, but still. Wonderful

The words to Auld Lang Syne were written by Robert Burns, but the tune wasn't. The tune is a folk tune.

I guess I´m the only one here who doesnt see anything unfair about the scores.
Performance, choreo and interpretation are the most subjective scores but I would give them around 7 - 7.5.
And technically this is clearly not at the same level as the top 5 couples, Mistimed parts in the midline steps. Very separated tweezles and they never get their free lend extended.
They really improved a lot this season and thanks to that reached the podium in Helsinki.

2nd part is Auld Lang Syne by Robert Burns
-
1st Part: Erin Shore by the Corrs
2nd Part: Aud Lang Syne (don't know the artist)
The best OD of this year choreographically. A very, very nice performance performance. They've improved so much. Should've been in Top 5, but whatever, the judges can go and bang themselves sideways.

Yes I agree, technique has to be part of it but the musicality, the originality of the choreography and the quality of the interpretation (has to be traditional in this case) are never given enough importance. Of course they'll say it's subjective, but come on, it is subjective only to a degree. Who can deny that this is awesome. Some of the other skaters just seem to pick a music at random and you feel that you could change the music without making much difference to the routine.
