took me about a month to first figure out my square one. (no cheats ex. youtube)
when I finally did it was one of my happiest moments in cubing.
its not that hard after you get it the first time.

i don't understand my square-1. can anyone please help me? when i try to solve it, i can't turn it in some parts. it locks up and i don't know why. i don't know if this is just becuase of the middle layer sticking out but..i'm not sure. i don't think it is. when i turn the top /(3,-3), it does the slice perfectly. but when i turn the cube over and do it to the other base, it won't turn! please help anyone! thanks

Looks like you have some figuring to do before you start learning to solve it. You'll get used to it. It's a weird puzzle.
