NDSU on ESPN

they would have came in last place in the big ten-its possible to compete for single games but ndsu didnt have the depth to be a decent team in the big ten-they barely beat the goofers worst team in history! stupid post!!!

Josh, dont give me that stupid post shit. I never said that they would do well in the big 10. I said "IN 2006 AND 2007 THE BISON COULDVE COMPETED IN THE BIG 10." And yes they could have gone to a bowl game. Did you see the Central Michigan game? 44-14 Bison. Didn't Central Michigan win their conference? Didn't they go to a bowl game that year. Yes they did. And no they didnt barely beat the gophers. The score did not reflect the play. The Bison COMPLETELY outplayed the Gophers in that game

the whole "score didnt reflect play" crap is old! you guys squeaked out a win. 6 points was all, only one stat matters and that's the score. ndsu couldnt sustain drives nor could they take that "dominant" run game and punch it in inside the red zone. last season ole miss beat florida-does that mean old miss is a better? no, teams play up or down to their opponent-there is NO WAY ndsu had the depth to be more than a 2-4 win team in the big ten-NO BOWL

also, everyone goes to a bowl nowadays. im sick of you arrogant ndsu fans who think ndsu is this national football force. you have yet to do shit in fcs, you havent won a d2 title in nearly 20 years, your hoops team was a decent mid major, and now the bizon cant beat anybody.

The Bison basketball team was a decent mid major last year? The Bison were a 14 seed who deserved to get a higher seed. If the bison would have played a different team in the tournament, they would have gotten a lot further. The team that they had could have beaten many of the teams in the tournament. They had one of the best PGs in the nation and with Winklemann and Nelson around him, they had a very, very good team last year that, I think got screwed in the seeding.

ALSO, Sherron Collins is arguably the best PGs in college today and will be a high pick in the draft. Ben Woodside completely outplayed him. Yes, I will admit that the Bison have a young, inexperienced team this year with three of the four starters being freshman with Jordan Aaberg, Nate Zastrow, and Mike Felt, but they have enormous potential. This is the exact same thing that happened when Woodside, Winklemann, and Nelson came to NDSU
