The World Awaits - Corey Crowder [Lyrics]

I decided to make a video of this song for a couple of reasons. For one, I've read all the House of Night books so far, (eagerly waiting for "Burned"!) and I thought that this song benefited the series in a good way. It was a nice choice for the books.

Also, Jeremy had asked me a question that brought this song and the series to my mind. Heath reminds me a lot of the One I love, and I couldn't help but make this video dedicated to him. He's always been there for me, no matter how tragic and dangerous the times may get. Heath has done the same for Zoey, and I believe that there is a bond between us, just like there is for Heath and Zoey.

oh my gosh i love the house of night series. I was kind of worried because whe they usually pick a song for a series or movie it's usually really bad but they did a decent job for this.

I think it's really sweet that you dedicated the video to the one you're with. it makes you realize that some things in books really can come true.

Yeah, I thought - in the first few novels - that the relationship between Zoey and Heath was a lot like me and Jeremy.... But then at the end of Tempted and all through Burned it COMPLETELY changed directions... D: I was really sad.. Now Heath's gone... Completely. But ah well... I'll just have to crush on another character.
