He was not very lucid in that interview and was saying a bunch of weird random shit ("I'm bi-winning, I win here and I win there")... He is/was definately NOT "healthy even with drugs" he has run cars off of cliffs overdosed and abused women while under the influence of narcotics and was clearly in denial in the interview... He does seem much more lucid today...
