I've always heard the hardest part of any diet is getting started!

So I figured - why not make this public and get the kick in the butt that I need?

Please understand that this is very personal and even though comments about my weight may not offend me or change the way I view myself as a person...I, like anyone else, do get sensitive. A little sting if you will.

So unlike my other videos, if you have nothing nice to say - don't say it, please! Thank you.

But seriously -

any and all suggestions on what you do to stay in shape, lose weight, maintain, be healthy, I really want to know.

So Day 1 begins...

  • Hey girlie!! I am a PRO on the all natural organic healthy foods and working out, I am actually going to school to be a registered dietitian. If you have any questions be sure to ask me! You are SO right and on the right track with eating healthy and working out. You need to start out and be exercising atleast 45 minutes a day for 4-5 days a week. You should start eating small meals, PORTION CONTROL so important, about 5-6 times a day.  You are right! LOTS of protien and veggies! God bless
