Hey girlie!! I am a PRO on the all natural organic healthy foods and working out, I am actually going to school to be a registered dietitian. If you have any questions be sure to ask me! You are SO right and on the right track with eating healthy and working out. You need to start out and be exercising atleast 45 minutes a day for 4-5 days a week. You should start eating small meals, PORTION CONTROL so important, about 5-6 times a day. You are right! LOTS of protien and veggies! God bless
