@3volv I dont think its 45's. I think they are 25's bumper plates. Look at the bars reaction when she unracks and at the bottom and top of the lift. It bounces a little but with her body, it doesnt bend. Its almost unphased, but Idk its a tough one to tell. I dont doubt her though.

your sex in those nike romelos :).... you need to bang the bar off your hips though on the snatch other wise your gonna lose a helluva alot of it. I would recommend using just the bar and starting from the second pull and just focus on hitting the crease of your hips(where your belt buckle would be). You will get more weight if you master it.
