The real danger of Facebook is that people learn to be shallow, accept shallowness as 'friendship', and expect shallowness from others and themselves.

I canceled my FaceBook account...thank God I did because I found out that 3 of my Co-Workers were talking bad about me behind my back. Man was I stupid to create one in the first place. I thought I could trust them as friends, but I was really stupid and I learned my lesson.
I want to pass this along to everyone...never use any Social Networking site because you're not safe! Even when you set it to private for your friends...people can still hack into it and see your personal information.

Please check out My Place by Tokyo Rose an amusing rock music video warning of the dangers of too much social networking. Although it is amusing it does carry a very dark message of what may happen.

@Zambo135 You've got a good point there. One of the few intelligent points I've seen here. It has it's usefulness, but to socialize means to SOCIALIZE, going OUT AND MEETING PEOPLE.;-) Be cool!

theres this girl from my hometown that has 6,314 pictures on her facebook... on her bebo theres even more! its kinda funny, in the time she took all those pictures she could've done something productive.
