Worm.Win32.Netres

The Netres worm drops a few of its own files across the computer with Russian file names, and then attempts to spread to locally networked PCs. It then moves the contents of C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM to a new folder called C:\WINDOWS\RESTOP. This leads to Windows being unbootable, and even attempting to move the files back results in memory errors and many other irritating messages. Quite a pain to remove and fix.

My VPC 2007 won't boot, I just got in and all it does I'd this spiny line then a dot. It just can't boot and I can't run the Virtual Disc.

@carbine5130 You have to install an operating system, there are no operating systems preincluded. How you obtain an operating system is up to you.

Dan there is aliens coming and you must choose one virus to infect there mother ships with. What would that virus be. (in your opinion)

@Metallica1326 That one virus that guy in Independence Day used to infect the alien mothership that he wrote on his Mac in a very short amount of time despite knowing next to nothing about the computer system in the alien mothership. But that was only useful for disabling the shield system on the smaller alien ships below so we'll still need an air force and some nukes.
