I wrote this percussion ensemble arrangement in the spirit of Halloween. "Danse Macabre" by Camille Saint-Saëns Arranged by Jesse Stevens

I had fun writing and arranging this piece. I hope you enjoy!

I use Sibelius 6 and Virtual Drumline 2.5

  • Awww! Dude I was totally going to do this! I didn't see anyone who did this song for percussion ensemble but now I found yours haha.

Good job though, sounds pretty sweet.

  • Love it!

  • @gamerohan I fixed it. New mp3 can be found on my website which is in the video description.

  • @Dummersrock *threw off* lol and you can find the link to my website in the info.

  • @Dummersrock I figured out the problem that we were hearing. I put a sharp on a note that wasn't supposed to be sharp and that is what through off the progression. It is now fixed and a updated version will be included in the mp3 on my website. Thanks for catching that.

  • @Dummersrock J0nsar99 is definetly right, i think the wind score was wrong. Reverb couldn't have done that. The notes on the your recording are descending in a major fashion whilst the original song is minor

but otherwise, i like the mood created!

  • @J0nsar99 I'm pretty sure it's right because I got it from the full wind score. It may be the record messed it up when I added a little reverb.

  • from :51 - :55, the note progression is wrong
