Hilda Ogden Coronation Street in rare appearance

Jean Alexander, the actress who played Hilda Ogden on Granada Television's Coronation Street for many years made a sneaky appearance for British Gas in this 1988 corporate film called Gas Lines. If you'd like to own it and see it in full, this film print is currently for sale on ebay.

@kezza8099 the street is the same as its always been, except with building work, to add shops and such. All the in door shots are also still done in a massive studio, next to the cobbled street set, as the house on the street are normally used as storrage.
