Sorry guys, some background music in the back. So I had to add music to this one. And had to edit some of the footage rest times. Rest was typically between 60 and 90 seconds.. Sometimes as short as 30 seconds, sometimes as long as 2 minutes...

Shout outs to my homie Rah from Lincoln Terrace. He did this set with me and he put in work. After this set we did some ab training and almost did another set lol.

These are pretty much all Doc inspired sets from Wingate. He was the first person I seen it from. Still pretty new in this game. Have to do some digging around.

  • nice workout man; how about add a weighed vest and change push ups for bench press

  • @Path2Knowledge If that's what you want to do, go right ahead.. Gotta master your own body weight first before putting on a weight vest.. I do use weight vest but these routines, you can add a weight vest to it if you can do it.. That would be hard.. As for benching, I don't lift weights anymore.. So if you want to do that, go right ahead.. Iknow I'm not doing it. Last time I checked my bench, it went up and I didn't touch weights exclusively since last august
