Everything you Need to Know about Narcissists, Psychopaths, and Abuse - click on this link: http://www.narcissistic-abuse.com/faq1.html

Phrases to Use

· "For the children's sake ..."

· "I want to maintain constructive communications with my husband/wife..."

· "The children need the ongoing presence of (the other parent) ..."

· "I wish to communicate/work with (the abuser) on our issues"

· "I wish to understand our relationship, help both sides achieve closure and get on with their lives/my life"

· "Healing process"

Things to Do

· Attend every session diligently. Never be late. Try not to cancel or reschedule meetings.

· Pay attention to your attire and makeup. Project a solid, conservative image. Do not make a disheveled and disjointed appearance.

· Never argue with the counselor or the evaluator or criticize them openly. If you have to disagree with him or her - do so elliptically and dispassionately.

· Agree to participate in a long-term treatment plan.

· Communicate with your abuser politely and reasonably. Do not let yourself get provoked! Do not throw temper tantrums or threaten anyone, not even indirectly! Restrain your hostility. Talk calmly and articulately. Count to ten or take a break, if you must.

· Repeatedly emphasize that the welfare and well-being of your children is uppermost in your mind - over and above any other (selfish) desire or consideration.

  • Thanks Sam!

  • @RiverFyre Feminism tries to simplify reality. Gender roles were necessary for the survival of humanity. It is a luxury to digress from this, and one that we CAN aford in modern society. I agree that Narcissism is not about gender - that is my point precisely, despite what PC culture would have us believe. But in this vacuum of female privilege you have no chance of opening up the debate without men forming their own movement to counteract Feminism. I see no other way - I wish I were wrong :-(

  • @RockingMrE - For the record tho, feminism was created due to the imbalance imposed on them by men in the first place but i agree feminism has lost the plot, which i suspect is by design to continue the division of the sexes. until the 'war' between the sexes stops, until humans grow up and take responsibilty, they will always be victims of the psychopathic/narcissist mindset

  • @RockingMrE - you miss the point, Narcissism is a mindset that trangresses sex and gender, this should not be about 'men v women' but about the predatory state of mind that resides in society regardless of what sexual organs that mindset is attached to.

  • What concerns me about this series of videos is that the more I watch them the more it confirms there is a fundamental bias against men in this field. Psychology has been hijacked by feminism through its dominance by women, despite the evidence now appearing that women are equally prone to narcissism as men for example.

The Men's rights movement is growing, and re-evaluating this type of bias will be addressed. Women are not the only victims - they are equally prone to abuse as men!

  • Don't forget using correct body language if you acting the victim to a psychiatrist!

    1. Head looking down to the floor is a good start, this automatically alters body posture and makes it look like you've been bullied! However, don't make it look like you are searching for money or dodging cracks, you might be diagnosed with OCD!

    2. *Avoid eye contact* glace at and then away, as if you can't hold it, take a deep breath and move thy lips - make it look like you are ashamed and fed up.
