静岡県沼津市にて、幼い頃から音楽活動を共にしてきたHiroaki Watanabe（Pianist / Trackmaker / Sound Producer）、Kohei Sato（DJ / Sound Producer）
により結成されたSound Produce Unit re:plus。
Breakbeats、House、Hip Hop、Jazz、Ambient、Acoustic、Electroなど、多岐に渡るジャンルからの影響を、独自のノスタルジックなフィルターを解して消化したサウンド­を武器に、都内、静岡県内のクラブを中心に、Joi Cardwell、森田昌典(Studio Apartment)、DAISHI DANCE、sugiurumn、Jazzinpark、DJ 4th、RAM RIDER、DJ OKAWARI等、ジャンルを超えた世界的アーティスト達と共演。初の音源化となった「Everlasting Truth」では(シリーズ累計80,000枚を超えるモンスター・コンピ「IN YA MELLOW TONE3」の1曲目に収録）、デビュー音源にして、いきなりitunesHip Hopトラック・チャート1位を獲得し、一躍シーンの注目の的へ。その後、2009年12月にリリースされた、所属レーベルメGOON TRAXモ初のmix CD「IN YA MELLOW TONE official bootleg vol.1 mixed by re:plus」のミックスも担当し、
フロアへ向けた嗅覚も抜群なことをアピールした。そして2010年3月、飽和状態のジャパニーズ・ヒップホップ・シーンに新たな金字塔を打ち立てるべくリリースされるのが­、待望の1stフル・アルバムとなる本作「Everlasting Truth」だ。
今や日本でも問答無用の人気を誇るPismo、Nujabesの1st album「MetaphoricalMusic」にも参加していたCise Starを始め、Cradle OrchestraのDJ CHIKAのソロ・プロジェクトINHERITや、Specificsの頭脳、Think Twiceの作品でも話題のThe 49ers、Hydroponikz、Anika、Nick Smalc from Vitium、Butta Pといった、Hip Hop界の人気ラッパー/シンガーたちは勿論のこと、日本のエレクトロニカ・シーンの雄メausモとのコラボレーションや、自身のソロ作も話題のCokiyu、ニューヨー­クのエレクトロニカ・ポップ・シーンを引率するI HATE THIS PLACEといった、エレクトロニカ・シーンの人気アーティストまでもが参加した本作は、HipHopという枠を越え、全音楽ファンを魅了するだろう。
