The 30mm guns can fire Amour Piercing Incideary Tracer all types of rounds.

Yes they are up for export.They were made for the export market.

BTR-T is an APC, this does not carry infantry.

I really like the idea of the concept as a heavy-armed and armored, multi-role combat vehicle. I guess it would do fine as a convoy-protector.

You're correct, There will always be a need for Armor on the battlefield..However armor battles like Kursk or the Golan Heights or 73 Easting will soon be minutae and doctrine taught at military academies and officer courses.

wrong.. if tanks are obsolete then why does the US army still use them as well? tanks arent going anywere anytime soon trust me on that

this is not for export 114 are in service with the russian ground force and more are planned

I think this is an improved version of BTR-T. Looks kinda familiar .. Dunno about this version but BTR-T's havent been exported from russia yet. And it seems that this version is using T-72's chassis instead of the T-55 which BTR-T used.
