The beachside hotel is located on the famous Hilton Head Island, within a few minutes' walk of the nearest white sand beach.

This 10-storey hotel was renovated in 2005 and comprises 201 rooms of which 36 are suites. Facilities include an air-conditioned foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, safes, lifts and a cloakroom in addition to a beach bar and an air-conditioned restaurant offering spectacular views out over the ocean. Business guests may take advantage of the conference facilities whilst further facilities available to all include a newspaper stand, a hairdresser's salon and a lounge. For an additional fee, room and laundry services are available, as is a laundrette. Those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park.
