@morrisl123 Mace Windu messed up by fighting too slowly and failing to block off Anakin. Anakin allowed the Sith to twist his mind. Padme couldn't stay away from Anakin/avoid sex. Obi-Wan thought he could do just as well as Yoda. Qui-Gon encouraged Obi-Wan to teach Anakin through his influence and death. Count Dooku's evil ways and influence lured Anakin deeper into the dark side. Yoda wasn't aggressive enough to take control of Anakin's training. Etc Etc Etc!

i can't understand why everyone hates jar jar binks so much...i think he's one of the funniest creations ever and gives a nice balance to the films (this comment is going to get so many dislikes... :D)

@morrisl123 Well if you think about it everyone thought Palpatine was a good guy. He would've been voted in anyway. It's the jedis' fault for not seeing this disaster and stopping it before it was to late.

I hated Jar Jar binks when I was 5, and I had never heard anybody say anything about hating him, I didn't know everybody hated him, I just knew from the start he was an idiot.
