VS Ramachandran speculates that self-awareness originates from mirror neurons, which allow us to empathise with other people, except we use them on ourselves. Maybe a new term might be self-empathy - adopting your own point of view. This is recursive but it makes sense. Not only do you experience things, but you KNOW you experience things, and you know YOU experience things, and you know that you know that you experience things, etc.

Consciousness is there for others even when my mind is sleeping - so its always there. Its the silent background which never changes, against which all that happens is measured. This measuring is called perception. All perception is subjectively interpreted based on my programming. Ordinary consciousness is when I am lost in my scary personal "movie". Cosmic consciousness is knowing I am in my own movie but the silent background is there also - Buddha and others said this removes suffering.

Could it be, by experiencing a world all to yourself without our friend's, that we can begin to develop our own subjective consciousness that speaks universally for a world that we choose to create for ourselves? Everything in this world of our own is like no other world our friends would experience. As friends, we may relate to things, but its only fractional due to the differences of the physical efforts our minds put forth in order to visualize what we see in a comparible manner.

Very interesting observations. I don't follow completely all of the points you're making, but many of your points are intriguing.

This conclusion I've reached is, probably, nothing more than indefinite, although its supporting reason has outweighed every other potential of reason that I've come to since then; I can't say why that may be. Thus having understood my theory, since everything already was, already is, whatever and wherever anybody may focus on, then becomes real, or at least begins to appear that much more real. I forgot, X connects us all. I hpe ths al md sns

I believe, personally, that Y is constant and, therefore, everything that was, that is, and that may be including nothing at all. Since everything already is or was, the only actual 'change' is that of X, which could be rather considered awareness instead of POV. I believe that matter or material does not change form. However, when our awareness transcends, ascends or descends, matter APPEARS to change form. ...continued...
How does an object come to see itself as subject? When'll machines develop self-awareness? If at the base we're machines, were did the subject-process arise? Maybe, usual objects're of a certain pattern & subject is a projection of objects into another virtual pattern.
Basically, there's a switch turned on by an engine, & this engine simulates another world based on its own higher rules & in those higher rules a subjective consciousness is inherent; samples of sensor cache flow into that world.

@Adeikov
Great questions. I hope you find answers to these questions.

it seems odd to me that people would study early wittgenstein more than late wittgenstein since the ideas he had later on seem much more plausible and realistic to me.
