BBC專訪 蔡英文：以和平方式處理兩岸問題

英國國家廣播公司（BBC）16、17日播出民進黨主席蔡英文日前訪英時預錄的專訪片段。蔡主席在專訪中表示，民進黨有了新的領導人，也比過去變得更成熟，中國應該以全新­的角度看待現在的民進黨。她還說，儘管無法排除中國軍事擴張的可能性，但她認為應以和平方式處理區域內的可能衝突關係，當然也應以和平方式處理台灣和中國之間的問題。

在BBC播出的這段專訪，主播談到重新再起的民進黨，正為明年台灣的大選積極備戰。對於BBC記者關心民進黨如何與中國展開對話，蔡主席回應表示，民進黨希望中國能夠了解­台灣有自己的立場，以及台灣、中國之間的不同之處。她認為，中國應該學習尊重雙方的差異，也必須了解在台灣的民主制度下，政權輪替是一種常態。

 BBC記者詢問現在民進黨採取的較為溫和的態度，是否代表民進黨的中國政策已有改變，或是承認過去執政時的強硬政策行不通？對此蔡英文說，「過去的已經過去」、「中國必須­向前看！」她說，民進黨已經有新的領導人，也變得更為成熟，因此，中國應該以嶄新的角度看待民進黨。

記者詢問她如何看待中國發展航空母艦、與南海鄰近國家衝突等各種積極擴張軍力的表現？對此蔡主席說，無法排除中國在軍事、政治上可能有愈來愈強的企圖心，而這也對中國和鄰­邦之間的友誼產生問題，但她認為，這個區域內所有可能發生的衝突，包括台灣、中國之間的問題，都應該透過和平的方式處理。

最後記者問她如果中國持續鎮壓異議人士和行使獨裁威權，會不會增加民進黨處理與中國之間關係的難度？對此蔡英文說，（她帶領的）民進黨經過數十年的奮鬥，才爭取到台灣今日­的民主，民進黨完全認知到民主的重要性，也希望中國能夠民主化。她重申民進黨很樂於提供各種可能的方法來幫助中國的民主發展。

@amingo111 还福利呢，现在美国欧洲都快被高福利社会的后遗症拖垮了。 本来就一两个地方闹独立的，国家被福利拖垮了以后就是各个地方闹­独立了。 当然，这个过程是漫长的， 当年制定高福利政策的人自己的政治前途当然一片光明。 等他的继承者来面对这个烂摊子的时候他早就不在了。 这就是民主高福利社会的短视。

小蚂蚁对大象说，你要多了解我的生活习惯， 要好好学习我每天的出行路线， 不要踩到我。 这样我们就能和平共处了。 蔡英文的和平方式解决两岸问题，就是和平台独，也是最符合台湾当­今又想独立，又怕打仗的主流民意的。 所以她的当选也毫不奇怪。 问题是纵观中外几千年历史，还真没有一个地区， 能在它的宗主国， 又是大国的反对下和平独立的。 我倒是希望台湾能开创这个先例， 让我们这些没文化的大陆人也好长长见识。

我设想的最好治理方法就是党内选举，公开投票，整合所有党派到一­个国家运营团体里，只分为左派右派之分，同时立法权、行政权、司­法权三权分立，不论谁上台都是党内运作，不同于共产党的是提高了­派别间的相互监督。真的只有这样才能保证腐败的有效控制和集权的­高效运作以及不造成民主期许的烂帐过度浪费，党内决策派别负责╮­(╯▽╰)╭，希望台湾尽早回归，共同商议怎么才能合并成新的政­治运行体系，一个高于世界上任何形式的system，什么样的国­家最成功？就是有多数人民支持，高级政体辅导的国家。然后可以试­着发动政治输出，诱惑美国人民闹革命接受一党多派集权透明监督制­，接受政治输出。我们两岸人民从中获利，呵呵。虽然是做梦，但是­也让我做一会吧...哎....

额 大陆应该尊重台湾 赞成 但台湾也要尊重大陆的选择 如果一人一票就是世界上最好的治理模式 我想大陆最终会走到这一步的 但前提是它真的是最好的方式么 我很怀疑……

While the international communities have long recognized People of Republic of China as the one &the only one representative of China, what's the point to confuse others Taiwan as "another China"? Notably KMT is nothing but merely a failed party losing the civil war 6 decades ago. Chinese had chosen the Communism party as their new leader ruling the continental. People in Taiwan were never neither asked nor given the chance to select whether to be Taiwanese or Chinese.

@zhze333 If Chnese people hate 西方国家 so much..then um...why do your leaders send their kids for higher education abroad? Why did Mao and the communist leaders went abroad and decided to create a Communist China that is based on the ideas of 西方国家? I also believe that majority of Taiwanese people would like to see Taiwan's eventual official independence still an option in the future. Taiwanese people shouldn't have to sacrifice their sovereignty and dignity to maintain a peaceful cross strait relationship.

Wow...after going through youtube, I just realize there are lots of anti-Tsai and anti-pan green coalition sentiment aroudn the web...but..I just want to point out the rationale behind supporitng Tsai...Taiwanese ppl are obviously unsatisfied with Ma's current administartion, tired of his excuses for his broken promises and just don't have the confidence in him to lead Taiwan in the right direction for the next four years.
