OK, so plutonium is the deadliest element in the world. What about Uranium, Lead and so on. Uranium is very similar to plutonium so they should be the same. Also Uranium is found in larger quantities compared to plutonium

I believe they are just considering at the outright chemical toxicity (not the radioactivity). Plutonium will kill as a poison before it can cause radiation sickness or cancer for that matter.
