  • the cross fit kipping pullup is actualy, if preformed correctly are a very functional movement. It teaches transfer of momentum which is important in olympic lifts like the power clean. Cross fit increases muscular endurance and thus work capacity, its more conditioning rather than development. Body builders dont like kipping pull ups as they dont isolate specific muscles and completely skip the eccentric phase of the lift and they`re quite a violent movement. many pullups were done that day!

  • on the pull-ups stop kipping. stop swinging as well that just makes it easier.

  • Nice, BUT also in the workout, stay focussed on the form. Pull-ups: keep it high enough. Push-ups: Be a plank and chest hit ground. Squat: FULL EXTENSION (hips AND knees).

    But still great job, just some points to focus on :)
