The term is actually, "Houston, We've HAD a problem. Main Bus B Undervolt".
Jim Lovell can't even get his own quote right... And Apollo 13 was real? Yeah, sure... I'm sure man walked on the moon...

Interestingly NASA's own website has the transcription as "main bus b interval" although it's certainly "undervolt".
