テーマはお花見弁当。擬製豆腐、春菊とささ身の和え物、生春巻き、鯛のグリル・カレー風味、合鴨の串焼き、ウナギ寿司、玉ねぎクッキーです。擬製豆腐は自宅でも結構簡単に­できます。玉ねぎクッキーもトライしました。アーモンドパウダーを使わないと、かなり変わってしまうことを実感。ほんとはワインのつまみに最高な食感と味なのに。
