@MyTemporaryAccount88 Social security is fine but once the money is put into it leave it alone and allow people to choose if they want SS or not. So why are all the corporations leaving or moving to right to work states? if there is low unemployment the amount workers get paid goes up because there are less people to take the jobs and more reason to pay the people the big companies will use loop holes regardless so give the small businesses a chance by lowering regulation.

@dharmaatdawn Oh damn. Well yeah, you often hear people talk as if their world is falling apart lately. The system is alienating. Always has been, though that is contrary to our nature. It's a means of control. Hate to sound like a religious twit (I don't believe in anything) but it helps to count your "blessings" and appreciate your pain. @hamnose Hello. thank you for compliment :) it seems like this problem is affecting most of the world. it so big it often feels hopeless and futile. i think the main thing right now, is to be more involved on local, community level. bc if u think ab, our society is devolving, family structure, for sure. noone has time, everyone is working. kids are often alone, watching tv, playing games. adults trying to do 10 things at once. it often feels like we a loosing our humanity.

@StupidCommentsMademe Blaming the debt on Obama is a joke. The vast majority of the debt is due to Bush-era tax cuts, two unpaid for wars, and unpaid for programs like the prescription drug program.

Funny how you contradict yourself. You say Presidents dont have control over the economy, yet you blame Obama for unemployment??? LOL. What a partisan hack.

@kubush Yes and I would like to know how.... Presidents don't have control over the economy the Congress does. All of the Regulations are driving companies away and if you haven't realized Texas is the fastest growing economy and created half of all the jobs int he country last year if 10% of their population wasn't illegal they would probably be doing even better.

Obama has added more debt than all the other presidents combined and raised unemployment. How is that working again?

@kubush You missed my point, I was suggesting the union supported the non union party because they saw a better economic future with the Republican party although they are typically for less union power. A sort of compromise for the long term.
