Congressman Steve King speaks before voting against an expansion of the State Childrens Health Insurance Program (SCHIP), known as HAWK-i in Iowa, on February 4, 2009. The expansion provides new benefits to illegal immigrants and wealthy families at the expense of low-income children.

Obama promised he would NOT increase taxes on anyone that made under $250,000 per year. He already broke his promise since this tax mostly effects those people that make under 250K a year.

SCHIP, drop the P and add a T, then see what you get. In essence thats SCHIP
