Beat it (Eddie Van Halen Solo) - Michael Jackson

So many covers of this fabulous solo on youtube...
Well, I just wanted to prove to myself that I can do it quite well too.
I spent only two hours to do it, one for studying the solo, the other to play and record it.
Don't expect me to play exactly what Eddy does... I'm not a machine.

After listening again, I realized that my D string is out of tune, that's why the chords in the beginning sound weird. It's not a problem for the rest of the solo because I don't use that string any more...

Very nice job, but too much reverb at unnecessary areas.....

very hard solo to get the real Van Halen relaxed feel

nice try but you speed to much, think too much about tapping rather than to articulation

the others are right, you might try with less reverb, that will maybe force you to pay attention to bends and touch
