Joan Sotiros, director of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul's Cardinal Manning Center in Los Angeles' Skid Row, was recently featured on a KTLA TV News segment called 'Heroes at Home,' presented by Stater Bros.
Joan has helped countless men, women and children through the shelter for the past 15 years; many times working long hours, seven days a week, just to make sure lives are changed for the better. Joan also has a terrific staff and volunteers who help make the Cardinal Manning Center a clean and respected shelter for those who need a second chance in life.
