Is there anyway to get a decent copy of the recording? I'm surprised that a recording isn't available even in France. The day it was on TV, my cable connection was terrible.

I have the A&E broadcast of the bicentennial parade which I will attempt to split up and post on youtube. Lots of interesting footage including the marching band shown above.
