  • When exams are coming up, just cut sugar, juice, soda ,bread, pasta, rice, instead of calories. Carbs make you dumber anyway by interfering with the blood flow to your brain and making you more tired. And white carbs are so toxic, they're actually poisonous. I know several people who have died from eating it, as well as others who toes cut off or got diabetes. It's the equivalent of smoking cigarettes, so if you eat sugar, white bread pizza or cereal, you might as well take up smoking also
