I hate to say it, but I understand why Suchong had Jack break the puppy's neck - after all, what better way to test "Would You Kindly", than to force the kid to break a puppy's neck?

This was one of the main appeals of Rapture, after all: it was a place where "the scientist would not be bound by petty morality" - hence why Suchong was so good at what he did.

I always use wikis like bioshock wiki to know what really happened,like for example:I was reding in Earthbound wiki that Giygas from Mother 2,is really Gieuge from the first one,Gieuge turened into Giygas when Pokey shut down the devil's machine then his true power was unleashed,a threat to the universe,he had too much power that Gieuge turnrd into what u see in Mother 2...Giygas!!

@Cole3402 Ah I see, I just finished Bioshock 1 yesterday and I sort of played the games backwards (2 then 1) Yeah Suchong was a total bastard I think his death was the best of any though. Thanks for your help!

@LawlietLoverx3 Jack(A.K.A the guy you play as in BioShock 1) In Bioshock wiki they said that message was actully Yi Suchong testing that would you kindly stuff as Jack bieng a "test subject" at least that rat bastard Suchong got what he deserved,it wasn't Jack's fault -spoiler warning- everytime someone says "would you kindly" to Jack he obeys but later on in the game he breaks free from its effect.
