Me competing in my karate tournament. I'm red, Cathrine is blue. Cathrine wins 3 out of 5 flags. First competition since breaking my ankles at the end of 2008.

@Really0Hot0Ice alip is right, it is called a kata, and basically its a demonstration where basically youre fighting an ivisible person/group of people, outside of the kata karate is effective, katas are dumb though

wot these girls are doing is kata. I don't know how to explain it. its just wot they are doing on the screen. if you want to see quality karate fighting (kumite) look up w.k.f world championships kumite.
