http://myjumpmanual.blogspot.com I have now completed 12 weeks of Jump Manual training.

Today, I got my first dunks off one foot since starting the Jump Manual. I haven't done much jumping off one foot in a while because my left knee sometimes gives me problems but today it felt really good. I also had on a brand new pair of Kobe's so maybe it's the shoes! :-)

My next goal is to dunk 2 hands!

Height = 5'11"
Reach = 93"
Weight = 172
Age = 39

Thanks for watching!

  • Can I make jump manual without gym?

  • @fLr4fLr having access to a gym is ideal but not required. i do all the workouts at home except for the strength and explosion workout (squats, deadlifts, cleans, etc)

  • will i be able to get a 40 inch vert even after an acl surgury

  • @Dub1Trizz i definitely think it is possible! will take hard work just to get healthy but if you really want it, go make it happen! how high could you jump before the injury?

  • @ElegantKarma sure no problem man! let me know if you have any other questions. good luck!

  • @myjumpmanual I'm just a few inches away from rim, but i want to dunk also. My goal is to make the school team. I'm glad to hear positive results from someone who bought it. Thank you for your time and fast response! :)

  • @ElegantKarma how far you from touching the rim right now? the jump manual is a great program and am confident you would get very good results. definitely recommend it.

  • Hey "Myjumpmanual" I need some help. I'm planing on buying the manual today and I just want to hear someones opinion about it. I'm 6"1 perhaps 6"2 with shoes and i just cant touch rim or close to it. I just cant jump. I weight 175 pounds and I am 16 years old. With the program do you think i can easily touch rim? and in how many weeks? I work Hard. Everyday i ball.

  • Single leg take off form: approach slow to fast, last 2 steps are the fastest, and you should be upright, strong core

  • @proteincheese i think my last step is the longest. i've tried to get my 2nd last step to be the longest but haven't quite got the technique down. takes practice after years and years jumping with my current technique...
