Yes, the paneer is rolled in cornflour and you can surely use cornflour + water at the end for the gravy. Do let us know how the recipe turns out to be.

loved this video. I want to try it today itself. But instead of paneer, i will use tofu (because paneer is not at home right now). I am confused about corn flour and corn starch. I think i have corn flour (white powder kind of) at home. i guess, the powder you rolled the paneer with is corn flour. Am i right? what is the thing that u added at the end? Can i use corn flour+water at the end for gravy ?? Reply asap.
