At BizAcademy, youth aged 15 to 20 learn to build a business—and leave not just a little richer, but with on-the-job training and expanded networks for moving forward in their careers. It's "The Apprentice": Where no one gets fired and everyone gets hired!

Every year, salesforce.com works with youth from under-resourced and low-income communities who want to learn about entrepreneurship. By joining the corporate world for a week at our regional Salesforce.com offices and learning from employees and mentors, they get hands-on experience and real-world business experience.

Close to 250 BizAcademy graduates have participated at salesforce.com offices around the world—in San Francisco and Singapore, Tokyo and London, Dublin, New York and Toronto.
