I thought that Atlanta panhandlers were bad... Memphis topped that! This is hilarious... particularly when he stated that he better have two dollars tomorrow, or he would kick his A--!!! HILARIOUS!!!!

Where I come from, a good portion of the bums moved the hell out of town because local business owners were literally beating the dog shit out of these bums for becoming an aggravating problem.. The cops lacked motivation to a point that locals had enough of the bullshit
