Hmmm - I'm with the reporter on this. It was a staged protest and he makes the observation that those drafted in to do the protest thought it was a bit of a laugh. I think that's insightful journalism which tells us something we didn't expect about the situation.

Having said that, it's time for Islam to take a holiday.

it saddens me that a 'dispostion towards hatred and voilence' is all that you have derived from your research, can you please state where in the Quran and Hadith you found that one is taught to hate or be violent? As a muslim I know that this is far far from the truth.

Also, you are bound to find angery/ violent people in protests of anykind, such charactertistics go beyond faith/belief etc.
