Fix itunes not recognizing iPhone, iPod ,iPad, without restoring no restore

1. Press Start
2. Righ-Click'Computer'and select Manage
3. Click 'Services & Applications.
4. Select 'Services'
5. Find and Right-click 'Apple Mobile Device'
6. Set device to Start
7. Launch iTunes and plug in Device
