This is my Terrarium I built for my Desert Hairy Scorpion but its been hard to obtain one here in Ontario Canada so the tank has been getting little updates every so often with no critter. Its pretty much done now.
It has the heat on the back end with a red light shining in to give it that inferno cave look and a white spot light for show which can also flash like lightening or something.
There is also a black light installed for the scorpion to glow if I want to show it off. I gave the terrarium 2 caves. One how and one cool as well as a starter burrow by the front window. The skull up top can be walked into and used as a hide via a bridge of rock. The scorpion can also exit the side of the skull to walk over to a small ledge/cliff.
I based this desert look off the Australian Outback. I LOVE the red sand out there and would kill to visit one day. :P

This cage is perfect and all, but how exactly do you grab your gecko when its in the cave/underground part of the tank? And i like how it's tucked in inside of your bookshelf...lol
