  • stupid

  • This video is garbage. And there was no bizzaro in superman 3. He was acting evil from red kryptinite.

  • Funny how the flying fx in the footage from 1983's Superman III is a LOT more realistic looking than superman Returns... Another example of why cgi frequently fails.

  • @yobiworld:

That 's what makes Bizarro World so great!!! :D

  • @emanon929 I'm still waiting on how you think Birthright follows Smallville. I'm not being vindictive, I'm genuinely curious. There's no doubt that Smallville set the stage for Birthright (much like, but to a lesser degree, in how Superman For All Seasons set the stage for Smallville), but I see nothing in Birthright's main plot and events even remotely related to Smallville.

  • @emanon929 Oh, that old chestnut. I can't dislike something you like, and my opinion isn't worthy since I don't have my own show. I don't have my own album either, so do you think I can't dislike certain songs? This is logical fallacy.

You said Reeve "passed the torch" and I disagreed, stating there's no such thing as passing a torch, especially in a multi-media franchise like Superman. The best Superman since Reeve is Tim Daly, and he's never put on the costume.

  • @emanon929 I haven't claimed expertise in the field, but I'm starting to think you'd like to be an expert without actually reading comics. Infinite Crisis was the start of an altering of Supe's earliest origins. This removed Birthright. The current canon is Secret Origin. Regarding the lawsuit, as long as Warner makes the new film before the court-appointed deadline, the Siegel family will not be able to claim further losses.

  • @TampaRed then go make your own tv series and let people judge your work....besides what you and i know as canon may not be canon anymore if the rights of Superman will go to the heirs of Shuster & Siegel...we might just see Superman fighting alongside the X-men or worse Mickey Mouse. As regards to passing the torch, the topic was about being the next Superman.....not about rights or technical aspects....
