I thought only genius guys would get the chance to learn over their :D why do some (like 30% of all) americans keep on stating out how retarded they are xD... by thinking America and its values were and are the best ,but infact often they are more like egoistic and , in this case, simply stupid and not sustainable at all.

70 percent? Doubt it, although some schools like Umea in Sweden only take in like 15 students a year, perhaps this school takes in much larger amounts of students?
