It connects you to people, it's secure so you don't have to worry about people hacking into you're personal information (so you can put airplane tickets or your debit card/visa on it and not get worried!), it has multitasking which allows you to do more at once, it's user-friendly, you can use your phone to present powerpoint presentations, etc. (no need to lug around your laptop!)
