Giant Penguin 3dsmax and After Effects

I found some old footage of a neighboring motel on fire, so I did what I always do, add a CGI creature in it and try to make it look like he's actually been caught on camera, lol, I used 3dsmax for the animation and Adobe After Effects for comping and camera tracking. Sorry for the crappy lo-rez look, not sure why it's like that. The footage looked pretty clear before it was uploaded here. I wonder what I did wrong...

i heard people use bipeds

but i suck at rigging models

can you show us how to rig and animate in 3ds max?
