Samsung 9 Series Ultraportable Intel Core i5 Notebook Challenges MacBook Air at CES 2011

Samsung's MacBook Air competitor is called the 9 Series and the ultraportable devices are made of dura-aluminum, weighing less than the Air, and will come in screen sizes of 11.6- or 13.3-inch. Battery life for the Intel Core i5 15-inch model with 400 nits of brightness is anticipated to be between 7 and 8 hours according to Samsung's PR rep.

samsung pr rep held the laptop. They weren't allowed to speak on video about the 9 series at ces. @spooky78
